Supplemental Live Support

Supplemental Live Support is intended to be a progressive follow up to Premium Tool Kit.  As such, the live support makes additional resources available to agents.

• Unlimited access to GrandShare representatives for advice and consultation without charge
• Participation without charge in GrandShare online webinars
• Attendance and participation without charge at live person-to-person interactive workshops (agents who do not have Basic Certification may attend these workshops for a fee but they are not provided with the other resources as noted above nor are they provided the Basic Certification tool kit)
• The purchase of the Premium Tool Kit is a prerequisite for Supplemental Live Support
