Workshop day, time and topics are as follows:

Mondays, 2:00 - 2:45 PM Eastern - property suitability, sale price points, the independent fractional listing service, GrandShare marketing support and your questions 

Tuesdays, 2:00 - 2:45 PM Eastern - the co-ownership operating agreement (part 1) and your questions

Wednesdays, 2:00 - 2:45 PM Eastern - the co-ownership operating agreement (part 2) and your questions

Thursdays, 2:00 - 2:45 PM Eastern - the Priority Reservation Agreement, the purchase contract addendum and your questions

Fridays, 2:00 - 2:45 PM Eastern - the closing, the HUD settlement, after-closing property management/administration and your questions

Important!  Access codes to the workshops change daily.  You must request an access code each time you want to join us.  Your request must be received more than 1 hour prior to start time.
