Bob Martin: Bob began his career working for a Fortune 500 company in California. After 3 years he left that company to start his own art design and silkscreen company specializing in T-shirts and surfboard decals. His company grew to include accounts throughout California and across the country. Bob created technical innovations which allowed the first photographic images to be used in the textile screen printing process. In 1974 Bob vacationed in Salt Lake City - and stayed on to live in the Utah Capitol. He entered the real estate field and became a million dollar sales producer in 1976. In 1978, Bob and some partners opened the first Re/Max office in Utah, eventually expanding the company to 4 offices. He remained active in real estate sales and investing until 2001.
Bob took a time-out from his real estate career to take advantage of the once in a lifetime opportunity to work full time for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. In this capacity, Bob coordinated communication and activities between the corporate headquarters and three groups: the technology team, the Olympic Stadium venue, and the Olympic Park venue. In addition to real estate investing, Bob has taught himself technical analysis and investing strategies in the stock market. He has also coached realtors around the country on how to achieve success in the real estate business. Bob currently enjoys real estate and stock market investing, in addition to his role in developing the new fractional ownership concept in real estate.
Ken Avery: Ken began his professional career in the world of computer programming. He enjoyed the challenges of thinking outside the box, and analyzing ways to resolve issues and design systems in the most efficient manner possible. After a twenty-plus year career in Information Technology, Ken decided it was time to shift gears and move into a field where he could help make people’s home-ownership and real estate investing dreams come true mortgage lending. As a mortgage planner, Ken takes great care in utilizing his analytical skills to find the very best mortgage programs for his clients.
Ken soon began to look for other ways to increase his own real estate financing and investing knowledge, and at the same time, help others create wealth through real estate. In 2006, he became a director with the USA Wealth Institute a company that teaches real estate investing strategies. The education and training Ken has received has enabled him to put together a variety of investing partnerships and projects. Combined with his analytical background, Ken has the rare ability to objectively and creatively evaluate real estate deals and investment opportunities.

Gene Till: As a young man, Gene served his country in the Army. His gift for entrepreneurialism was recognized, as he received a ten-year assignment to distribute commercial motion pictures to military bases, and set up movie theatres for the military throughout Asia, and in other parts of the world. Upon release from the military, Gene moved to Hawaii, where he partnered in a venture to create a successful tourist attraction on the island of Kauai. This career was cut short by a request from his church to serve as president of the church’s missionary efforts in Korea. Gene readily accepted, and spent the next three years overseeing the activities of over 500 young men and women serving as missionaries in Korea.
After returning from Korea, Gene spent the next ten years involved in a variety of real estate and investment ventures in Kauai, including the development of time shares – the first on the island of Kauai. Since 1988, Gene has called Utah home. He has spent the last twenty years utilizing his entrepreneurial skills and business acumen to build and manage several businesses involving wealth creation, estate planning and investing.
